Valentine’s Day D.I.Y.

Valentine’s day is in 3 days!! Have you bought a special a gift yet? Or made one? Planned your day? Well, I like to buy something that my husband likes ( Which I haven’t bought yet!.. Oops!) but I also like to make him  something special too. I was able to do this DIY in just a couple of hours, so if you think you are running out of time you have plenty to make this one!!

First step: Select pictures of both of you that you have taken over the years.
Go on FotoR (a free online photo editor) and choose your favourite collage template. (I choose the heart made with 60 photos of us)
(You have the option to create a text as well, I just wrote “I love you” using their text editor)
Create your collage and save it on your computer.

Second Step: Print your collage from your printer or a local professional Photo Center. I printed at Blacks because it is just 5 minutes walking from my house.
If you are printing at a professional place, you can pick the size of your print, my size was 10″ by 13″.
My print was ready in less than one hour!

Third Step: Buy a beautiful frame! I got mine at Walmart  which is very close to me as well!

Now, all you have to do is to put all together and wrap your gift in a beautiful wrapping paper and buy/or create a Happy Valentine’s Card!
Easy Eh?!!

Time required: 2-3 hours (Depending on how much time you spend selecting your photos!)
Cost: Print $9
Frame $19
Satisfaction: 100% =)
