COOK WITH ME – CHEESY ARTICHOKE DIP

Today I’m going to share with you the most delicious (and easy) dip I have ever made! I’m a cheese lover, there is no doubt about it, and if you are one too you will absolute love this recipe. I love making it whenever I have guests over or on a Friday/weekend night with a few beers if I decide to stay home instead of going out. It is pretty easy, and to die for..

Let’s begin:
✦ First step is to preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Now, we will take a look at the ingredients:

capa1
You will need:
✦ 1 can of artichokes hearts drained and chopped
✦ 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
✦ 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
✦ 1/3 cup of Havarti cheese (you can use Mozzarella, Swiss or Cheddar instead)
✦ 1 tsp of minced garlic
✦ salt & pepper to taste (I only used pepper)

In a bowl, you will mix all the ingredients. Then, transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish.

capa2
Bake it a 400 degrees for 20 min or until there is light brown on top.

capa5
Serve it with your favourite toast or crackers, and voilà! Time to enjoy this yummy treat ♡ It’s impossible to have just one…

capa4
ps: these toasts I make the myself with a fresh French baguette. All I do is cut into 1/2 inch thin pieces, add butter and oregano on just one side and roast in the oven for 15/20 min. So much better than buying ready made ones..

Let me know if you tried it out and how you like it! All my friends love this recipe!

  1. That looks good! I’m not sure if I like artichokes or not… I made something with them one time and just couldn’t eat it. I might be able to if it’s covered in cheese. =P
