Today I’m going to share with you the most delicious (and easy) dip I have ever made! I’m a cheese lover, there is no doubt about it, and if you are one too you will absolute love this recipe. I love making it whenever I have guests over or on a Friday/weekend night with a few beers if I decide to stay home instead of going out. It is pretty easy, and to die for..
✦ First step is to preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Now, we will take a look at the ingredients:
You will need:
✦ 1 can of artichokes hearts drained and chopped
✦ 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
✦ 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
✦ 1/3 cup of Havarti cheese (you can use Mozzarella, Swiss or Cheddar instead)
✦ 1 tsp of minced garlic
✦ salt & pepper to taste (I only used pepper)
In a bowl, you will mix all the ingredients. Then, transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish.
ps: these toasts I make the myself with a fresh French baguette. All I do is cut into 1/2 inch thin pieces, add butter and oregano on just one side and roast in the oven for 15/20 min. So much better than buying ready made ones..
